Mikeska's On-Site Cooking

Here is an example of our "on-site" cooking setup. We served Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, Pork Sausage, and Smoked Chicken right off the SP-500 Mobile Pit.

This is a typical buffet setup showing the carving station near the Mobile Pit and the salad, side dishes, and condiments on another serving table.
